"The staff was so helpful! My phone died while I was driving in from out of town, and I was utterly lost without a gps. I stopped in Twice Daily hoping someone could help, and Michelle offered me her charger while helping me look up my destination. She wrote down the directions for me as well. I asked if they sold chargers (for my return trip) and they did. Day saved! Thank you!"

"This is for the gas which is always 3.39 a gallon no matter how low it is everywhere else. In Murfreesboro it’s 2.39 a gallon but it’s always the most expensive gas in the entire state here in Franklin the twice-daily are all the same. They have a monopoly on the gas over here in the town of Franklin It’s disgusting."

"Not a local, but always stop here when travelling I-65. They have a plethora of food and drink items, and they have a cook-to-order area right there. Its always been clean when we visit, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Will go again when travelling through."

"Used to be my daily breakfast spot, sausage biscuits are still great but I cannot stand the way they operate now. Cashier always asking something like if I was to buy a Reece's or buy the police a gift card. Not to mention the greeters, good Lord people it's 6:30 in the morning why are three people welcoming me in like its some sort of boutique shop. Quit asking if I want to sample a biscuit. I get that they are trying to be more than a gas station, but why. Just be a gas station and do it well. Edit: a few months later this has gotten better. Back to being the goat."

"Has the store changed? Leadership is absolutely cruel to their employees and you can hear them putting them down in front of customers! It’s still a pain to get in and out of this place, and the coldness of the manager makes this an absolute pass. I will not be back."
