"Very clean, fully stocked and awesome customer service. This store has everything plus more. A female deli employee even educated me on a low sodium roast beef selection. I'm definitely making this store my first option to shop at, regardless of the 20 minute drive."

"Absolutely favorite kroger store ever. Even has a seating area to eat. Salad bar, soup station, sandwiches. Huge wine selection. Specialty cheese counter. Nice bakery with fresh breads bagels and donuts. Nice deli with a huge offering of presided cheese and meats."

"For a huge super chain grocery store their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The stayed hours say they are open until 11 pm. That would be great but I arrived at 8 pm to find most departments closed like the deli. Most of the shelves empty in the deli and bread / bakery. And always forget the customer service as she has always been on the cell phone each time I have been there. Lucky she doesn’t work for me I would have fired her just for that alone. Then I check my lotto ticket purchased to get “invalid” from the machine and since I cannot get the customer service person’s attention I cannot get that figured out. Time to find a better store I would recommend all do the same. And lastly the blocking of all the doors is a bit odd and I would think this a fire hazard."

"Update: every time we come here we are greeted by happy employees. This woman who was stocking a shelf just spoke to us, asked us how we are doing, and asked if she could help us find anything. It is such an incredible experience to shop some place where the employees are happy, unlike the other Kroger stores in Memphis. Great job, management. Update: it is a JOY to shop at this Kroger. Clean store, friendly staff. It’s such a different experience than the other Krogers in this area. Great job!! Really like the openness of the store with lots of natural light. Staff is friendly and engaging as well. Young woman running the self-checkout even thanked me as I left. Great job Germantown Kroger team."

"CONVENIENT MARKET CENTER: made a quix trip to this location, my other choice when not at one of the two other marketers I use (the other is a sister store to this one so, I guess one could say they are the same, except they aren't) when in need of specific items. Going here is like going into your very on "all in one" shopping version of the computer. The run down, Pharmacy, Natural Food, Fresh Market, Fresh & Frozen Food, Frozen Vegetables/Meals, a mini-seasonal/auto items area, School/Card/Books...and it's all laid out in an easy to navigate fashion for a quix or longer shopping experience. Then there is their Deli, Bakery and let's not forget the offering of two boutique style local favorites for coffee or bar-b-que... I used their self-service checkout since I didn't have much; it's convenient and there was a nice gentleman there to assist if need be. We struck up a conversation as I was scanning my goods. The people are nice and the location is conveniently located since I do business in the area from time to time...there is plenty of parking, and they have ample upfront parking for disable drivers. I found some really interesting, their electric vehicle charging stations; so, if you are in the area check it out if you need it and stop in for a visit while you're there."
