"We have been going here for years and we always go for Christmas Eve. This particular year was fine but honestly has been going down hill over the past few years. Place always use to be packed but now it’s easy to get a table with service lacking. Decor is starting to become run down. The booth we were seated in right next to the kitchen was torn separating between which made seating interesting. My daughter asked for a cold latte and it came out hot and my son’s soda never came even after asking about it. The breakfast eggs rolls use to be our favorite with the gravy but they must have went to a different frozen supplier or they haven’t cleaned the grease because they were over cooked, soaked with grease and inedible with I am guessing was ranch because it definitely wasn’t sausage gravy but something ice cold, watery and flavorless. All the other food was ok except for my croissant sandwich which had a rock hard croissant, my guess happened when it goes from frozen into the microwave to a rock hard piece of sausage that I couldn’t cut. I think since they started expanding the overall restaurant started its downfall."

"Always a great place when we visit. Personally, I prefer the shrimp and grits along with the eggrolls. Slightly crowded but the server was great."

"I would give ZERO stars. I arrived at this location with my daughter on 11/01/2025 to eat brunch. Upon arrival we waited nearly 20 minutes which is understandable due to volume. Once sat we waited 25 minutes on our food, we received the food and had barely ate anything, my daughter had to use the restroom. The stalls were occupied so we had to wait, once we came back out all of our food had been thrown away. It was remade for us to go and I had to ask to speak to a manager, if not , no one would have ever even came by and apologized for the inconvenience and upon speaking with the manager an apology on the staffs behalf still was not made. I asked the General Manager if the food would be compensated for or at the very least discounted to accommodate the inconvenience. She said remaking the food was the accommodation. That is not an accommodation given that the plates were still full which is what I told her. She looked me right in my face and lied claiming to have looked at the camera footage and stated that the plates were empty which is ABSOLUTELY not true. With that being said I told her that they could keep the food and my daughter and I would be leaving, at that point she threatened to file a police report since I said that I was not going to pay for the food. Why would I pay for food that I did not even get the chance to eat dining in because the staff is incompetent and lacks common sense? She then proceeded to follow me outside. I’m highly disappointed and will never come back to this location. As a restaurant kitchen manager myself I would have definitely handled the situation differently because you are supposed to act guest first, I guess that does not apply to this location."

"Came here was very disappointed. I received unseasoned eggs that looked like they came out of a box, biscuits and pancake falling apart. I've never seen a crumbled pancake in my life. Pork sausage patty was not cooked all the way. It's like they didn't even try. If you're going to open a restaurant and even try to make the eggs taste good or at least cook the sausage, then what's the point. I could have messed breakfast up at home. Never coming here again."
