"if you are someone who has any sort of dietary restrictions do not go here. i have type one diabetes and celiac disease, causing me to order in a very specific way. i have only encountered two employees here that is willing to make sure that my order is correct and that i won’t have an accidental blood sugar malfunction. any other employee that has served me has been rude and they continually get the orders wrong. i love the coffee that they serve, but the way that they serve customers is simply rude. no one who is struggling with a physical issue should go through that. if you do go here ask for Leah or Grace."
"Haven't had coffee myself in over 2 years but today I wanted a fix and the Pistachio Vanilla Latte here paired with a warm crispy everything bagel was exactly the cure for the craving. The prep was fast and the coffee blend hit the palate from every direction. Nutty foretaste with a sweet middle and a black coffee bite. It even came topped with a cute little chocolate covered Expresso bean. Kind of wish they had a few tables outside but there's a park right down the road to enjoy my lunch. Also, it's still getting a five for flavor but the chick that took the order asked me if I wanted whipped topping and I said yes, but she in fact, didn't actually put the topping on. Which I was actually indifferent to. ,,"
"This was my first visit. Hannah was (very) GREAT! When I took my order she seemed very interested in me, and helped me to decide what I needed. Not necessarily what she thought I needed, if that makes sense. Then when I got to the window, I was just as impressed. I asked if she was the one that took my order. She has very good Customer Service, and I could tell she was raised well. Thank You Hannah for your hospitality. P.S. I wrote this even before I tasted the coffee. I came back to say it was great too."
