"We LOVE Urban Brews & Creamery. We go just about every Saturday morning with our little family! It’s our favorite local coffee shop in Kingsport. The coffee is amazing, the breakfast (specifically the cinnamon rolls) are out of this world! They make different flavors each week, but my favorite so far has been the Cookie Butter Roll! My go to coffee order is the “Oh Sweet Cinnamon Latte” and my husband is a “surprise me with whatever you like” kind of man. He has liked everything he’s been given! The staff at Urban Brews is what really makes this place feel like home. The owners Illy and Ariel always go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome. This is the kind of small business everyone should show love and support."

"This is my favorite coffee shop in the area. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and I’ve never had to wait too long. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. They offer the most wonderful pastries and now offer a gluten free cinnamon roll which is a dream come true for those of us who prefer gluten free. I also appreciate the option to order online and pick it up. I can pop in and my drink is ready and waiting. I love my small local little shop. I highly recommend you give them a try."

"The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Iliana with a smile that lit up the entire city of Kingsport. We were a little late for breakfast, but they accommodated and satisfied our craving with a delicious sandwich and a handcrafted cinnamon roll that was perfect. The atmosphere is quaint and cool and the menu has a lot to offer, but it’s not overwhelming. From breakfast and lunch options, to coffee drinks, Ariel’s flavored lemonades, and rolled ice cream, you can’t go wrong. They are great people and their passion shows in everything they do. We’ll definitely stop in the next time we’re in the area."
