"I really wanted to like this place, but it isn't my favorite based on my personal taste. The biggest "plus point" here is definitely the variety—they have so many creative toppings to choose from! However, the texture of the donut itself wasn't quite my preference. I still find myself preferring the classic texture of Krispy Kreme. It’s worth a try if you love toppings, but for the dough itself, it wasn't for me."

"I brought all 5of my kiddos in post soccer games for a Saturday sugar rush. We tried several different flavors and all were gobbled up in seconds! A family fan favorite was the cookies and cream PLUS the create your own option. Warm and gooey goodness! All employees were super helpful and upbeat paired with quick service. We were even able to purchase some of the cute rubber ducks on display which was an added bonus! Such a fun way to add a NEW twist to the mundane donut shop. We will absolutely be back!"

"Amazing Donuts and Even More Amazing Kindness! Duck Donuts in Knoxville is absolutely fantastic. The donuts were amazing, just like their slogan says! Warm, Delicious, and Made-to-Order! Beyond the incredible food, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the customer service was a true 10/10. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. What truly set this visit apart, however, was witnessing one of the greatest single acts of kindness performed by their staff that I've seen in a long time. It was a beautiful display of compassion and is truly how every business should act towards those less fortunate. I won't go into detail, as I don't want to inadvertently get anyone in trouble for being an amazing human beings, but it was incredibly moving. If all businesses acted with this level of empathy, our community would be paradise. Go for the donuts, but know you are supporting a business with a truly generous heart. Highly, highly recommend!"

"This was our first visit here after passing by several times before. These were made to order donuts, so they were very fresh with really flavorful toppings to choose from. The light, cake like donut itself was great. We will definitely visit again, as these were some of the best, if not the the best, donuts I've ever had."
