Alex even went out of his way to come down to the roastery at around 8pm on a Thursday night to correct an order that had been messed up. You can customize what beans you want, and they have a large selection of different beans from different regions. "Thought I’d try out a different roaster since I got tired of paying so much for little 12oz bags, got the 2lb Black Bear blend on a whim and I’ve got to say this is probably the best espresso I’ve had. I love the notes, exactly what I was looking for, freshly roasted and I don’t have to go out and buy bags so often now for twice the cost. And they’re right about the crema, check the photos.
