"I walked into the mall expecting to see Starbucks, but it had been replaced with Latte Factory. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was great! The employees were so sweet and the latte was great. I absolutely love the reusable cup!"

"Warning!!! This company automatically charges you 28% tip if you don’t press “next” after you select the tip option. I got a latte that was $8.75 (way too much for a latte imo) and then as I walked away I got a notification from Amex for $11.20. I went back and asked them about it and they explained that it automatically charges 20% bc I didnt select “next”. I told them “I don’t like that and it seems illegal”. Plus, 20% of 8.75 is $1.75, not $2.45. I called mall management about it and they said they would have the manager call me and they said there’s nothing they could do. We’ll see if the manager calls or not."

"We decided to try out Latte Factory and ordered three drinks 1. Hot Chocolate: It was okay but not something I’d order again. Aside from regular milk, they only offer oat milk. No almond milk. 2. White Chocolate Mixed Drink: Decent enough and could be a favorite for someone with a sweet tooth. 3. Green Mango Energy Drink: This was a standout! My boyfriend loved it and said he’d definitely get it again. It had a nice tangy sweet aftertaste, and the caffeine worked great for his drive home. However, the overall experience fell short. There was only one cashier and one person making drinks, which caused delays with 8 people in line. While waiting, two older women ahead of us were skipped entirely, and the barista had no record of their order, they had to repeat their drinks after they had already ordered and paid. When we got our drinks, there were no names or labels, so my boyfriend and I accidentally drank each other’s drinks at first (our drinks were in opaque cups). It was only after tasting and checking that we realized the mix up. One thing that I loved were the herbal TEA options! The drinks have potential, but whoever owns this place needs to hire more staff and have a clear labeling system. Without changes, the holiday season will be a challenge."

"Loved my latte! They have so many delicious options and the cup is reusable (which I’ve never seen a coffee shop do). Will definitely be back to try more delicious flavors. Located inside of the West Town Mall and very easy to find using the entrance nearest to the Cheesecake Factory."
