"This is by far the best drinking experience I ever had. Josh their manager set us up!! I set up a reservation to celebrate my fiancées birthday and he reserved me a cabana and even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The views, the scenery, the atmosphere, the staff and service are as high as the place sits in the Knoxville skyline. Out of this world service and cannot wait to go back!"

"Radius is one of my FAVORITE bars in Knoxville. 1000/10 for atmosphere. They have good mocktail/ non alcoholic options. I went with my friend on a Monday night and it wasn’t crowded. We were able to grab a couch by the fire. It’s much more crowded on the weekends, but not to the point of being overwhelming. They also have a dress code. That is something to consider before coming here."

"I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Radius. My drink was made incorrectly, and I asked my bartender for it to be corrected. My request was calm and solely about the drink being prepared wrong. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the bar owner escalated the situation by following me outside by himself and I was alone. I was scolded that I was never welcome back simply because my drink had been made incorrectly and I asked for it to be fixed. The owner also stated that the bartenders “did not want to work or serve me ever again,” which felt harsh and completely unnecessary given the circumstances. At the time, I was on the phone learning that my family member is pregnant for the first time—an important and emotional moment. Being asked to leave and spoken to in such a rough and dismissive manner during that time made the experience even more upsetting. I even was meeting family members to go over the news and we all had to leave the establishment due to this owner. There was no attempt to resolve a simple customer service issue, only hostility and unprofessional behavior. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a respectful or welcoming environment."

"The Radius Rooftop Lounge has great options both indoor & outdoor, with views of Knoxville. Their Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite cocktail. They usually have good music & great service!"

"Had limited drink choices do to no running water. And plastic cups. Didn't even have any Captain Morgan ? My daughters beer was good though. And the view was amazing"
