"Had a good dinner here tonight. Food was warm and tasty. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was clean the bathroom was literally freshly cleaned right when I walked in. Make sure to check your food if you order takeout as they were missing some items to people's orders, but were happy to correct any mistakes."

"Jessica was amazing! We were traveling with our dogs, so I called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, she came outside with cups of cold water and pup cups for both of our dogs. She also took very good care of the six people in our group. She's a huge asset to this location and the company! If we lived closer, we'd be back all the time!"

"I love Panera Bread, but gosh, it's gotten so expensive! Also, it's 5° outside and they have the air conditioner on in the seating area and no heat. It's absolutely freezing in the seating area!! The food was almost cold by the time we sat down to eat with our parkas on. Not happy."

"I’m not sure about the food, but the staff’s coordination was at its worst. I had ordered Asiago bagels. I was in the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes with no response, even after trying to call them. So, I decided to place the order through mobile instead. Even after ordering online, they still couldn’t get it right. It was a simple order: Asiago bagels — one sliced and roasted with plain cream cheese, and another just sliced and roasted. I waited another 10 minutes at the window, only to be handed someone else’s order. When I went back to ask for mine, they told me they were out of stock and that my order was never even prepared. Really disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. To the Manager, Please take a moment to read your reviews. If you’re still struggling to improve your service, it might be time to reconsider your operations. Don’t continue to ruin customers’ experiences and waste their time."

"Generally a decent experience at Panera. I’m normally pretty happy with their food, although I’m worried now that they aren’t really washing or checking ingredients. I found a dead bug in my sandwich that I’m guessing had made its way into the lettuce. It’s a pretty off putting thing to find, so I’d be a bit hesitant about this particular location in the future."
