What People Are Saying
from Google"My son's girlfriend asks I stopped by one random day. The woman at the counter was very nice and rang us up quickly. I couldn't decide what I wanted ( par for the course) and she helped me by offering both in one. I think this where I messed up ... It was so sweet I couldn't taste anything besides sugar. 🤢 I even said something about it but at the end of the day it was my choice. She got another drink I'm unsure of the flavor but it was very much in contrast to what I had and was very coffee forward. We tried mixing them together but it was still gross. Along side our drinks we got some dessert to pick at. I got tiramisu and she got a creme brulee. Mine was amazing! Unfortunately they didn't get the sugar to crisp up on the creme brulee so it was kind of just pudding. Flavor was very good despite that. It was very cute and clean on the inside and they had soft music playing on the background. We got there right around closing time on accident. They were cleaning up which prompted us to look at the time and then excuse ourselves. They never rushed us at all!! We might go back at some point."
"Amazing atmosphere! Calm and quiet. Customer service was great. It is a very cute cafe. They have a lot of neat stuff to buy like blind book dates etc.. I definitely recommend coming here and visiting the bookstore next door. So glad I found this place!"
"My friend and I went for coffee this morning and decided to try this place due to the high reviews. We left disappointed. The entire experience was awful! Upon walking in, the young man working in the front ignored us. He actually kept his back turned to us as we awkwardly looked at the menu and tried to identify the cookies that were in non descript white bags in the front. I finally asked if they were open, thinking that maybe the reason he seemed annoyed was because we came in too early. He replied, "yeah" and that was it. Okayyyy... lol. He then proceeded to complain about the closers not doing anything to prep him for the day. We stood around some more as he clanged around at the front desk... and then was unsure what they had in stock and told us the board doesn't get updated so they were out of certain bagels, he wasn't sure which one... he'd have to check. He wandered to the back... and came back out to tell us what they had. No cinnamon rolls. Not made yet. No double cheese bagels. The only hot sandwiches they had were two tiny little ham sliders that were in the other room that were left to find on our own. The breakfast sandwiches on the menu were out of stock. He was very unfriendly and kept sighing loudly. No small talk, no glad to see you and thanks for coming in... we felt like we were a burden. I asked him if he wanted us to sit down while he made our very simple drinks, (for which we weren't even offered any extras... had to ask if he had whipped cream), since he turned his back to us again to make them and didn't speak... he said that was fine. Okayyy....lol. We chose a seat and our drinks came out eventually... and then he asked if wanted our bagels warmed up. Yes. 10 minutes later we got one bagel on a paper plate. No cream cheese. No knife. He then got around to toasting our other bagel. Like a basic Lenders frozen bagel. Nothing special about it. He then brought us out two tubs of cream cheese like you would buy at the grocery store that were half full since multiple other people have also obviously used it. It took 20 minutes to get our complete order. One frap, one macchiato. They were good! Two frozen bagels, toasted. $22. When we left, no glad to see you, come again, THANKS... Dude never even attempted a smile. Um, we won't be back. Ever. 0/10 for everything but the drinks, so 2 for the food stars."
"Popped into this little coffee shop on my way to Pigeon Forge from Atlanta. It is a hidden gem with a fun vibe once you step inside. All of the beans are roasted in house and the owner makes the pastries fresh. I will definitely be visiting again when in the area."
"All I can say is WOW ... This coffee shop is fantastic. Great coffee first of all. With a comfortable seating area, it invites you to sit and take a moment to relax and enjoy. The owners are very nice people and have created a very welcoming place. Oh and don't forget the Gelato, this is the real deal. I'll be back for sure !!!"
