I ordered a 10-piece lemon pepper wing combo, clearly requested only one flavor to avoid the surcharge they add for mixing (yes, they charge extra just to give you two flavors, $2). Despite that, they gave me hot + lemon pepper — something I didn’t ask for and didn’t want. When I went back to have it corrected, the woman at the window turned rude, cursed at me, and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. To top it off, they charged me over $7 MORE just to fix the mistake THEY made. 💸 Here’s what I paid for ONE combo meal: • 10 Wings: $17.99 • “Lemon Pepper on Top” fee: $1.00 • Service Charge (3.5%): $0.66 • Sales Tax: $1.76 • “Correction Fee” to fix their mistake: $7.00+ 👉 Total: $28.41 for one meal. ⚠️ HIDDEN FEES EVERYWHERE: • You’ll get charged extra to mix wing flavors (even on 10-pc orders). • There’s a 3.5% service charge on every order (not clearly explained). • You may end up paying more even when they mess up your food. Also worth noting: they’re cutting corners on product quality. The ketchup is West Creek, a rock-bottom foodservice brand that tastes watered-down — a small but telling example of their cost-over-quality approach. One employee did apologize while fixing the order, but the experience was already ruined. Between the hidden fees, poor food handling, and disrespectful treatment, this is one place I won’t be returning to — and I suggest you think twice before you go."

"All Uber and DoorDash drivers should decline orders from this location. The pickup instructions said to use the lobby, not the drive thru, but the lobby was locked. When I went around to the drive thru, the rude older woman refused to give me the food unless I clicked the button in the app stating that I had already verified the order and that I was on my way to the customer. They hadn’t finished preparing the order yet, but expected me to click the button taking responsibility for an order that was not yet in my possession. When I told them that wasn’t how Uber worked, she stated that she would not give me the order and told me to get out of her drive thru."
"I go to the 1 on Mt. Mariah because Shelby Dr don't have slushes & had the worst experience. 2 super soggy Chilli dogs with runny slushes. No gloves, not clean & bad attitudes. Hot dogs were old & dried out at 1pm. Chilli & slushes; watery. Had the audacity to have a "no refund" sign on the window smh. I threw the hot dogs away. This place needs to be shut down. It's over with..."
