What People Are Saying
from Google"We finally dined at Fawn this past Saturday, and I only wish we had gone sooner. The space is beautiful, and both the food and service were outstanding. Our server,—Drew, I believe (also a bartender)—was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. We started with the chip & dip situation and the lentil dubu jorim, both excellent. The lentil cake in place of tofu was especially unique. I ordered the sweet potato gnocchi, which might be one of the best versions I’ve ever had. My partner had the rabbit agnolotti and loved it just as much. We ended with the coconut panna cotta, which was light, refreshing, and the perfect finish. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to go back!"
"First time dining at fawn tonight & will definitely be back ! Sweetgrass was one of our favorites when we first relocated to Memphis from Atlanta so we are so happy to see space reimagined & well loved. Our server Ash was a gem & provided amazing recommendations and very knowledgeable about menu. Standouts were the miso deviled eggs & rabbit agnolotti Excited to try next seasons menu !"
"We were very excited to have a date night at this restaurant, so we made a reservation for a Friday night. The server who attended us was very sweet and offered to explain the menu. She told us they recommend ordering one appetizer, one produce, and one protein per person, but we wanted to try things slowly to see how good the dishes were. We started with two appetizers — the Miso Deviled Eggs and the Beef Tartare — and two cocktails (Decent Places and Bucklebury Ferry). The cocktails were okay, nothing special, but the appetizers were really good. Then we ordered one produce (the Strawberry Panzanella) and one protein (the Pork Chop). We didn’t really like the Strawberry Panzanella — it tasted a bit like a Caesar salad with strawberries and mint — and the Pork Chop was just okay. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate Basque Cheesecake and the Coconut Panna Cotta. The cheesecake was excellent, but the panna cotta was a bit bland. Overall, the food was a hit or miss for us, but the atmosphere was really beautiful."
"I've been here for dinner and brunch, and really enjoyed both. Drinks were great, Director's Cameo is probably my favorite. For dinner, my husband loved the Miso Deviled eggs while I enjoyed the beautifully arranged fried artichoke and the tasty chip and dip situation. The Porkchop I had for my entree was so juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere is also pretty great with an attentive staff and great space to dine."
"Service was great. Cocktails were decent. We got the the cashew cheese, fried artichoke, and beets. The beets were well cooked and the artichoke was tasty. However, the cashew cheese was disappointing, and the GF crackers were extremely hard and tough to eat."
