Not bug or rodent but a weed roach in it ( a small blunt that someone smoked ). They sweared up and down that nobody in the kitchen smoke and that someone in the crowd did it , but I literally just got my food ! After explaining that, the owner , the cook and cashier constantly stated that I was not telling the truth , but after paying almost $25 for who would lie about some thing like that ! They said all sales were finale , and that’s completely understandable and they would make me whatever I wanted over , we waited for so long and they were still getting smart ! The owner even said “ yall doing all that smiling yall need to watch yall food “ that’s so unacceptable because I never smiled I was pissed because that’s not how you to speak to customers! Ever ! Do better ! They even tried to say we ate out of it as you can see that’s a full tray ! As an establishment that’s not how you operate! Respect your hard earned customer!"

"On Saturday night I finally had my Flava House Lounge experience. The lamb chops we perfectly seasoned, the asparagus was crisp, the sweet potato fries were delicious, the skittles flavored hookah was smooth and the cocktails were on point. The staff were courteous and quickly delivered our orders. I almost felt like the rolled out the red carpet just for me. "Problem 1 the website said they were open they were not. Problem 2 the manager/owner told me I could call back to place my order, they didn't answer the phone. Problem 3 when I came back to get my food I was rudely greeted by a very pretty female with long braids who was more caught up in her phone than having good customer service Problem 4 my food was still not ready I was told it would be another 30 minutes Problem 5 I called the other location to verify which is what the pretty female with braids should have done and they told me 10 minutes Problem 6 the drinks we were given were warm. Memphis Black Restaurant week is in a few days they can't be prepared. Even though I am a proud patron of BOBs I may not come back to this location right in my neighborhood. Please get it together. The young lady who took my order was amazing wish I had tipped her more just because of her professionalism. The other female need basic, home, and customer service training. PROBLEM 7 THE FOOD IS SOOOO GOOD I COULD CRY BUT I REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM MY OWN PEOPLE. I WILL TRY AGAIN IN A MONTH, IF THERE IS IMPROVEMENT I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW IF NOT.
