"I visited the Concourse location. Very cool place with lots of shops inside. I tried the New Orleans Iced Coffee. This was my first experience with chicory. It reminded me of something else but I can't quite match the flavor to a specific thing. The staff are friendly and patient. I plan to try something different when I return."

"Normally I like this place and go here a lot. I order the same thing every single time. I sucked whatever this is through my straw and tried to call and inform the store. They never answered. This has to be a result of lack of cleaning or something but the experience was unpleasant enough for me to not go there again. I really liked this place :( so I’m devastated. 8/10/25"

"Great coffee shop located in Crosstown Concourse. They have very friendly staff working at this location. The coffee and other drinks are great and they have everything you need to prepare it how you like. They even sell their coffee beans/grounds to go so you can enjoy it home, if you choose to do so. It is located inside a building and does not have a drive-thru but if your in the area, looking for coffee, and need a place to hang out then look no further."

"With the focus being coffee, I can understand how options like Chai & Matcha can be considered and offered. However, the chai is served directly from a Bhakti container which is incredibly disappointing. I’m unsure if hot would have been prepared any differently... I wasn’t asked my name by the employee that took my order. My beverage wasn’t called out & sat on the counter until the next customer was called to the counter."

"Cool, chic coffee place. I ordered a mocha and was pretty decent. I won’t say the best mocha ever. Clearly I have had much better before. But at the same time pretty decent than average places. I visited in the evening, just before an hour of the coding time. So they didn’t have anything to eat. So I don’t know about any other things. They have some cool food options too for breakfast and lunch. Check this place out."
