"I lived in Pressbox Lofts for a year, and it is my absolute favorite apartment experience to date. I only left my apartment to move to another city for a job opportunity, so it was incredibly bittersweet. Living in this community (because it is very much a community) was my most cherished time in Memphis. Robert, the property manager, as well as Ward, the head of maintenance were incredibly attentive and hospitable. I also frequented the coffee shop downstairs, where the smiling faces were also just as attentive and hospitable. On top of this, the building is stunning and full of charm. It is well maintained and clean. If you stumble across my review, I would tell you without reservation that this is one of the best places to live in Memphis. I miss it dearly, but I'm glad that someone else gets the opportunity to experience it in my place. Literally."

"Had an outstanding living experience here. Great location next to the ballpark and coffee shop below. My unit was very clean and updated with a great vibe to it. Maintenance was always timely and the property manager, Robert, is awesome and tended to my needs in a respectful manner always.
