"I was looking forward to trying local coffee on my first visit to Memphis, but when I ordered 1 latte with only 1 other customer in the cafe, I waited 25+ min as a steady stream of customers came and left with their food and drinks. I continued quietly waiting and had a barista pause and ask what my order was before confirming it was being made. This same cycle happened three times over the course of the 25 min before I finally received my drink. I understand others mobile ordering may mean a longer wait, but even people ordering at the register received their items long before me. And with 4 employees working and lulls of no other customers where they were snacking and sipping their own beverages- it made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by my presence."
