He’s roasted beans that taste exactly like watermelon. And to be clear: he doesn’t add any flavoring, sugar, or anything extra. It’s not those manufactured “flavored” beans — it’s just the coffee itself, roasted with that level of accuracy. I love going to his pop-up every Saturday at Boycott Coffee in Memphis, Tennessee.
