What People Are Saying
from Google"Came here to have lunch with friends right after Christmas before I headed out of state. Made a reservation and glad I did b/c it was very busy. Our waitress was very friendly but almost unavailable the entire time. Two different ppl serviced the table before our waitress came. It was long stretches of time between getting drinks and ordering. I’m thinking they may have been short staffed. Anyways everybody ordered what they wanted and when the food arrived we NEVER saw the waitress again. And she was needed b/c I was served something I didn’t order. I ordered the BLTFGTA sandwich with an over easy egg. What arrived was a sandwich but not that! I have no idea what it was. I couldn’t even identify what kind of meat it was all I can say was it was tasty and because I was starving I ate it, but I would’ve been happier if I had received what I ordered. I didn’t complain or search for the waitress because I thought she might’ve come back to the table and I could’ve presented the sandwich that was delivered to me, but she never came back and I kept eating and then the sandwich was gone. I didn’t even mention it to anybody when I paid."
"The Sunday brunch menu was amazing and so was the food. It was our first time there. I was surprised by the level of noise for a Sunday, early afternoon. They have the tables crammed so close together that you can’t help but hear what is going on at that tables beside you. I understand maximizing profits. The wait was long. Our waitress seemed to get easily distracted. Maybe they were Sunday morning regulars and she felt she needed to spend more time with them but it didn’t make our visit feel special. I had noted that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was our first time visiting. Again, food was good. Atmosphere loud. Service slow."
"We had a wonderful brunch experience here. The food, atmosphere, and service were absolutely perfect — 100 out of 100. The only downside was that some of the tableware wasn’t very clean, so we had to wipe it down ourselves. The dishes were creative and refreshing, with a great balance of fruits and vegetables that made the meal feel like a new experience. We tried four different dishes and enjoyed them all. This was one of the best brunch experiences we’ve ever had, and we’d love to come back to try more items on the menu."
"Everything was okay. Ordered our food it took quite awhile to come out. It didn't seem to be busy inside as we were seated outside. Although I could be wrong. This was during Cooper and Young race. Our waitress was cool. I wasn't aware that there was an automatic gratuity charge which I don't like. I usually like to tip in cash. My friends lamb chops were ordered to be medium well, they came out medium rare and so pink inside. We really should've looked at the menu before coming."
"Wow! Brunch did not disappoint! Bacon eggs Benedict and the (lots of letters I don't remember 🙃) BLT with arugula, avocado, fried green tomato - fantastic! Packed half of my sandwich so I could have dessert. The chocolate meringue pie was out of this world with a chocolate base that the rich consistency of fudge. We will definitely be back!!"
