What People Are Saying
from Google"Garden Brunch is an absolute gem in Memphis! If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy clean, healthy, but still incredibly delicious food, this is the spot. The aesthetics were beautiful—fresh, vibrant, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The greeters were friendly, and our host was truly exceptional, setting the tone for a great dining experience. Everything we ordered was amazing. We tried the salmon patty meal and the salmon Benedict, and both dishes were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into their food. If we’re ever back in Memphis, Garden Brunch will definitely be my go-to. Highly recommend!"
"My wife and I had a fantastic Saturday brunch at Garden Brunch Cafe! It’s a beautiful, spacious Black-owned restaurant with a welcoming vibe. Even without reservations, we were seated in about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly quick. The staff were warm, accommodating, and offered great recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared—and the overall atmosphere was on point. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!"
"I visited the Garden Brunch Cafe twice while in Memphis. I sat at the bar both days. The first time I got salmon patties with eggs, grits and toast and the second time I got the bananas fosters pancakes. The food was a 10/10! I got non-alcoholic mocktails both times which were very flavorful. The staff were friendly and I received attentive service from the owner, Mama Jenn, a guy named Antwan who was working at the bar. I could tell a few of the other staff were probably a bit newer to working in a restaurant environment but they did appear teachable and I believe they will grow in their hospitality skills over time. Overall, if you are considering a visit, I highly recommend stopping by. Your tastebuds will not regret it!"
"Being from San Francisco, we have a lot of options. So, when I spied this spot on Google I was hyped to give it a try. The wait time was short, and I didn't have a reservation because I was alone. The people working there are extremely friendly and welcoming, which was awesome. First I ordered an omelette with the grits, because hey' I'm in the south and that's what you do right? Plus my mom was from Knoxville and I grew up on them; first off they brought me potatoes instead, simple mistake, then my waitress said she wanted me to try both which I thought was sweet, but I knew I wouldn't eat them and I don't like wasting food. But anyway, I did get my grits and they were the most mediocre grits ever, and I was surprised by that, next the omelette was cooked perfectly and tasted good, just for the price was not enough food. and I also had a mimosa, but when I asked what kind they had I was disappointed because even the waitress said she wished that they had passion fruit or mango or something unique but o'well, just grape which was too sweet and cranberry, plus the standard OJ. A super cute place that has unlimited potential, will I go there again, probably, to give them one more shot. Plus while I'm in town for business I don't see many other options, which could be why the people here are so easy to please."
