"Stopped by 8&R Coffee Shop for a quick coffee run. I ordered a cold brew, and the attendant kindly offered a few flavor options to add in. I didn’t choose anything (I like my coffee black), but I think he misheard me and added Nutella to it. The cold brew itself was okay, but with the Nutella it became far too sweet for my taste. I actually drink coffee for the coffee flavor, so this wasn’t what I was looking for. My boyfriend got a cinnamon roll, which he said was bland and tasted more like slightly sweet bread than a true cinnamon roll. The only flavor came from the icing on top. He also mentioned that he wasn’t asked if he wanted it warmed up, which probably would have helped the overall experience. On a positive note, the service was quick and the menu is pretty extensive, so they do have a lot of options. But with a mix-up on a simple cold brew and a disappointing cinnamon roll, I wouldn’t be likely to come back to try other items."

"Stopped by for a latte. I drink hot drinks daily but this was extreme. This drink was too hot to even sip and had a burnt flavor when it finally cooled off. I was so disappointed. Over $10 with 15% tip and not sure if I’ve had a worse latte. 😞"

"RONNIE works at both 8 & R Coffees at BNA, this one at Concourse C and the other one located at D1 in Concourse D. Great coffee venue with several options, and apples and bananas to augment the pastries and muffins. Quick line, friendly service. One high table with charge points as a quieter place than other airport charging venues. Bagged proprietary coffees from Africa, Central and South America are available for take home or take as gifts. They also offer propriety merchandise and bottled drinks if coffee is not your thing. Accessible venue except high chairs at table. Other tables and chairs in nearby area. Accessible men's, women's and family restrooms wit 5ft x 5ft area and grab bars in central airport areas."

"Staff was quick, just what I need at the airport location. Coffee was 5/5. I ordered Cortado and it was terrific. They were able to get through long lines quickly without compromising on the quality of the espresso. I’ll be visiting them again on my next travel."

"Drinks take too long to make, limited variety, and the taste is not great. Prices are more than Starbucks at the airport. There is no number or name system to track orders so people are grabbing drinks that may or may not be theirs at the counter when the order is yelled out. This is one of the only coffee options in c terminal so good luck."
