"It’s ~10 years since I came to Nashville /barista parlor but was surprised at how the quality has changed. Super friendly baristas but the cappuccinos were bubbly foam and blazing hot. The shop def has a less pretentious vibe than 2016 hippie era but i do miss the high quality bevs :("

"Barista Parlor pioneered boutique coffee in Nashville, but in the years since they revolutionized coffee in Music City, the quality of their product has severely diminished and the high standards I used to expect are now no longer. Drip coffees are served burnt, and their roasted beans, which used to be a mainstay for me, are just so bitter and so bad. The space is great, and the service is fine, but the coffee is no longer worth the price in a city where you now need more than just your own roaster. You also need good coffee, and that's just not at barista parlor anymore."
