"A beautiful and cozy restaurant inside the Caption by Hyatt hotel. The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent, but be careful, check your bills and ask for a receipt. We were staying at the hotel and received a $27 credit from the hotel to use at the restaurant. This discount card can be obtained as a VIP guest. After breakfast, I received a bill for $40.61, added a $7 tip, and gave the guy who served us my credit card and the $27 credit that I received from hotel.The guy's name was Victor, I think. A few minutes later, he brought me back my credit card and nothing else. I expected them to charge $20.61 to my credit card. When I checked my credit card account, I found that they charged me $47.61, and did not use my $27 credit. The guy didn't bring me a receipt and didn't return the card with the $27 credit. If the restaurant had charged the full price and returned the discount card to me, I wouldn't be so upset, but they simply scammed me."
