"Such a sad and expensive disappointment! Crumbl Cookies use to be a treat. Yes, an expensive treat, but they were big~ so the cookies were worth the splurge. Not the case at this location. This was our first time at this Crumbl. First of all, there is no consistency in the sizing of the cookies. When I received my box the cookie sizes were vastly different. They don’t show you your cookies beforehand like they do at other locations. ☹️ So you don’t know that some of your cookies might be on the smaller size. I wish we had taken a picture of the chocolate with peanut butter chips. It was the size of a large thin pancake. Picture a disk frisbee. Regrettably, that was the one my son was most excited to try. After breaking a piece off, he paused and told me that it was really, really hard. I tried a bite. It was hard all the way thru. Actually, not only over baked, it tasted like it was missing something. I walked it back in and expressed our concerns with the cookie flop. We had seen a review of that cookie online and it had looked delicious 🤤. The young woman told me that it was baked correctly. I was so disappointed and asked her to just throw it away for me. The older woman in the shop offered me another one which I declined. She then said that I could select any cookie to replace that one. Overall, the employees were kind and friendly. The cookies however are not up to Crumbl Cookies standard nor are they following the sizing guidelines for the cookies. 1 ⭐️ review is based on overall smaller size of cookies, appearance, taste, and high price. It is not meant to reflect poorly on the staff. They are most likely following baking protocols that have been established for them."

"Very disappointing customer experience after such amazing service found elsewhere. Since they are so well-received by my clients, I sometimes order large quantities of Crumbl cookies for executive meetings (as a mid-day treat). In the past, in other cities, I called in the order and had the manager have one of their employees deliver the 2-3 massive bags of cookies. Not only would the order be handled properly, but the employee would receive a massive tip. (Everyone wins!) However, when I called this Hillsboro Village store, the manager, Kadesha, was quick to dismiss the explanation and simply told me to order through the app (and that the delivery would be through a 3rd-party 'DoorDash' type company). Note that the drop-off location was only 1.9 miles away from the Crumbl store. So, there was no interest by the manager in rewarding one of her staff members with a $50 tip. A few days later, I followed her instructions and ordered through the app. On the day of the delivery, I was notified multiple times by DoorDash of the delivery and driver status. At no time did the store reach out to verify the pick-up and expected ETA. Upon the delivery of the order, I noticed that all ten of the cookie-cutters were missing. Furthermore, there was no receipt in the bag. It was like a friend had dropped off a package at my house. When I called to resolve the missing cutters that needed to go along with each of the large cookie boxes, the store clerk initially put me on hold. Upon his return, he simply stated that they ran out, and asked if I wanted a refund. No apology. No notice. No advance warning. I was left to present these cookies with a cheap plastic knife for the executives to hack the cookies apart. When I communicated that this was unacceptable, again, there was no apology or offer of resolution. Furthermore, at no point did the manager get involved and call me directly. I find it quite ridiculous that I received ample correspondence and direction from DoorDash, who simply picked up and dropped off the order less than 2 miles away. BTW, the DoorDash driver ended up receiving the $50 tip that manager, Kadesha, chose not to give to one of her employees. Over a week later, the manager has still not attempted to reach out, to apologize for the mishap, or to find out more about the mistake. Apparently, getting 'most of the order' correct is the standard for this shop and this manager. This is a very unfortunate mark against this company, of which I will have to strongly consider cutting ties. For anyone looking to impress clients or make a splash with a presentation, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere, as you are on your own if (and when) something goes wrong with your order. BTW, the reason for the 2-stars was that the cookies were still delectable despite the appalling customer service."

"I’ve been supporting Crumbl for two to three years now, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. What used to feel like a fun treat, paying around $8 for three mini cookies, now costs closer to $10 and comes with noticeably worse service. The staff often comes across as rude or, at best, completely disengaged. I’m not sure if this is specific to this location, but it has been consistently disappointing. I hate to speculate, but it genuinely feels like the moment they notice you didn’t leave a tip, the tone changes. Either the interaction turns cold or there’s no acknowledgment at all. If paying $9.54 for a baby cookie isn’t enough for the company to pay employees a fair wage without relying on tips, that says more about the business model than the customer. At this point, I can’t recommend Crumbl anymore. I honestly hope a strong local competitor steps in and takes some of their market share. What was once a simple, enjoyable treat has turned into an overpriced experience with poor customer service."

"This Crumbl shop surprised me in the best way. The quality here is on another level! Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and actually worth the hype. I’ve tried other Crumbl locations, especially in NYC, and most of them were honestly below average, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this place feels completely different. The cookies come out with the right texture, the flavors are cleaner, and you can tell the team pays attention to what they’re doing. If this had been the first Crumbl I ever visited, I would’ve formed a totally different opinion about the brand from the start"

"Ordered a 4 pack. Chocolate chip cookies were hard as a rock around the edges. Called to get a replacement, not even a refund and was given the run around …. and still no soft and yummy cookies. Super disappointed."
