"This coffee shop is connected to the Homewood Suites by Hilton on Church Street. I arrived here after being out of power during the Jan 2026 ice storm. The barista TT was welcoming, friendly, and gave amazing service. She was clearly busy serving several rounds of groups of customers, several families - also likely seeking warmth from the storm/power outages. But her and her coworkers demeanour and customer service never faltered. Her kindness made a big difference during a stressful time, and made me feel safe and warm during several days without electricity at home and unknown timelines. "I ordered a cappuccino and unfortunately it turned out like bad latte. No steamed foam and the flavor was weak. They had what sounded like a generator running loudly in the space. Plenty of better coffee shops around the city."
