"We checked this place out last Saturday and it was everything we'd hoped for. I'm currently adding an Absinthe program to a new concept I'm building and the gentlemen that took care of us (ashamed that I forgot his name) was a rockstar! He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins. We asked him to surprise us with chocolate and Absinthe pairings and he surely did not disappoint. If you are new to this world, have no fear.
