"This is our favorite plant store in Nashville! The owner has helped me with many plants and the people that work here are so nice! The owner built these beautiful bouquets for me and helped me find just the right plants for my home. My dog wants to come here weekly for pup cups- so it’s great they have coffee, breakfast burritos and gluten free baked goods. Always cute new things to browse. We love this store!"

"Jade & Clover is such a cute shop full of plants and adorable items! Perfect for any plant lover, and I love that they have a plant hospital for plants that need to be repotted, etc. The store was very clean and well organized. The coffee we ordered before shopping around was very tasty, and the girl running the coffee side of the store was very friendly and welcoming. My 4 star rating is due to the fact that we were not greeted by any staff on the plant side of the store and were never offered any assistance while plant shopping. I never saw anyone at the check out register or walking around the shop to ask for assistance with picking out a plant so was unable to make a purchase."

She was able to help me with a plant diagnosis and was able to get my plant all fixed up for me! "I'm so very disappointed. My family visited the Dallas location about two weeks ago. Prior to our visit my daughter took all the necessary precautions to make sure the items selected could be shipped. With that knowledge in hand we proceeded to what I thought would be one of the best birthday gifts, well except the trip to Bahamas. My family decided on the plants and gathered the supplies. My family went to work on our masterpiece. I suffer from CRPS and fibromyalgia. Which often makers it difficult to be able to do much with my hands, so it was my pleasure to watch and take pictures of them working. When finished Catlin, shared that she would get it in the mail on Monday. When the arrangement arrived ( which was shipped Wednesday ) the plants were broken, leaves missing off some of not all of the stems, the interior box was soaking wet, with a note from the mail center that stated arrived damaged. The box was tattered, when I touched it it fell apart. Can you imagine my disappointed, I felt when all the work we did was….gone wasted. There is no way I can get that moment in time back, nor the specific plant that each one of them picked out. I phoned the location hoping for a resolve and I was given the option of the store manager sending me new plants and me putting them back in the arrangement, or she could walk me through how to salvage what was left. Even with reiterating the disability and my inability to do either those were my options. When I requested to speak to the owner I was told “she was too busy setting up a new store!” This is not how my birthday gift should have arrived, I should not have been treated this way as a customer.
