from Google"Little Hats is an absolute gem in Hillsboro Village! Everything I've tried here has been wonderful. I love that it's a true one-stop shop for Italian cuisine - you can eat here as well as pick up fresh pasta, quality sauces, and convenient premade meals all in one place. The convenience of having everything you need for an amazing Italian dinner without running all over town is fantastic. And the gelato! It's the perfect way to finish your shopping trip or just stop in for a treat. The quality across the board is consistently excellent, and it's clear they take pride in what they offer. Whether you're looking to eat there, cook an impressive meal at home or just grab something delicious and ready-made, Little Hats delivers every time. Highly recommend!"
"GO THERE NOW!!! This is a phenomenal gem tucked away in Hillsboro. Adorable patio and plenty of seating but got my food to go. Cannot believe the portion sizes. Worth every penny between portions and quality food. The Chicago beef sandwich was savory and came with a yummy au jus sauce. Add delicious kick with the VERY spicy giardiniera (rec getting it on the side if you haven’t had it before). The strawberry goat cheese salad was so fresh-sweet and savory combo! Highly recommend adding the crispy prosciutto. Pasta salad was light and creamy treat. Traditional Italian pasta and sauces, organic drinks, frozen dishes to go! Phenomenal customer service, fast, astounding portions, welcoming environment. 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to go back. Nashville’s lucky to have this spot here!"
"I have visited this location twice. The staff is friendly and attentive and willing to provide recommendations. The bolognese is interesting, if oddly flavored. The other dish sampled was a chicken/pasta special that was tasty. The portions are large and take home is likely. The bread is lacking flavor and needs to be toasted and buttered or offered with olive oil to complement the meal. They do have alcohol and a number of food options in the market. Space is limited inside and out. One must visit the adjoining restaurant to use the restroom. Parking is challenging in the Village and there is no validation for paid parking. I want to like this place and visit again, but the experience needs to wow visitors with so many Italian options around town."
"Visiting for work and stopped into this incredible place! I grew up in NY and I can say this is the most incredible Italian spot with authentic flavors and the best Eggplant Parm sub you will eat! If I lived here, it would be a weekly spot for sure"
"This market is so cute! There is all kinds of merch available including hoodies and candles, pasta, sauces, and cooking products galore (shelf storage and cold storage). It truly is a small Italian Market that also sells sandwiches, salads, and soups. The layout is small but plentiful at the same time with comfortable patio seating. The location makes it feel like I've left The Village for a moment to grab a bite at a nice clean place. No lines and no waiting unlike so many other Village classics. As a Nashville Native, I can honestly say Little Hats has found the sweet spot of being perfect for locals and tourists alike. And while the sandwiches may be pricier than Subway or some fast good joint, the ingredients are super fresh and delicious. When I bit into my Muffaleta sandwich I could tell immediately that the quality justified the price. Mmmm and it has a lovely zing to it. The sandwich came with my choice of pickles or potato salad and I chose the potato salad. It is slightly sweet with a good texture, soft potatoes and the crunch of finely diced celery. Sandwiches are approximately $16 and are restaurant quality. No cheap fillers here. The Little Hats soup was warm with fresh ingredients (you cannot fake quality mushrooms) and perfectly seasoned. The soup must have been slow cooked because the broth is flavorful and has just the right amount of salt. I might have to send my husband here for soup when I'm sick LOL"
