The service was quick, the atmosphere is awesome, and the workers are very chill and welcoming. "They make a great iced coffee and give a space to have conversations without a bunch of background noise drowning you out. The outdoor setting and casual atmosphere lends to overall chill vibe. Parking when I went was easy to get in and a little tricky to get out, but not crazy like some other spots around town."

"I come here all the time to do work or to get a quick scope.. I inhale their Red Velvet ice cream!! Typically, I have an amazing experience because the workers are always so nice. However, the last two times I’ve visited (within the span of two weeks), I’ve experienced poor customer service. Today, my sister and I decided to grab a scoop, but we weren’t acknowledged by a single worker while standing in line for 2–3 minutes. There were about five employees just standing around, and the person at the register didn’t greet us once. In fact, he ignored us before walking off to do something else. It’s honestly disappointing because it feels racially motivated. As frequent customers, this being the second time it’s happened is disheartening. We’re taking this as a sign to no longer support a business that doesn’t value customers of all appearances or races. It’s not the entire business, of course, but this one individual—who seems to hold a management position—makes the experience especially disappointing."
