"For as great as 12 South is, it severely lacks walk up counter fast dining options. Fortunately, Sunlife Organics is now an option when on 12 South! While they are primarily known for smoothies and bowls, they also have delicious avocado toast, paninis, soup, etc for lunch. I got a pepperjack panini and the green goddess avocado toast. Both were delicuous and filling. It's the perfect lunch for shopping and wanting something light and nutritious. Everything is made to order so a bit of patience is needed but it's worth it. They have a few tables inside/outside for eating at. Hopefully when Ashwood is fully complete they'll add in additional seating options. Overall this restaurant is cute, fun, healthy, and as a local I'll definitely be back!"

"Spent $17 for the worst simple banana peanut butter chocolate smoothie I’ve ever had. semi blended smoothie full of ice , full pieces of frozen banana and clumps of dried powder. Seemed like they were trying to go a fast as possible ? The number one reason smoothie places suck is cause the workers never blend drinks long enough or get ingredients right. 2nd time this happened in a row- smoothie tasted bad in a different way each time. Won’t be back."

"I ordered the green goddess toast and a wolverine smoothie. I love SunLife and always go to the location in the gulch. This was my first time at this location. The girl made the runniest smoothie I’ve ever had. She then totally butchered my $15 toast - she used artichoke paste instead of pesto. I didn’t notice it until I left and don’t have time to go back. Super annoying."

"I tried the Billion Dollar Latte and it actually held up—loved the flavor and ingredients. Service at any Sunlife Organics is always super slow, so if you know that going into it you’re good. Love how healthy and quality all the options are and glad to have a couple locations in Nashville now!"
