from Google"We were going to have brunch at the rooftop but the first level had better food offerings and live music playing. The band was great. The bartenders were awesome. I asked for a mocktail and he made me a perfect one. My husband had the chicken wings which were one of the best he had. I had the breakfast sandwich with potatoes. It was substantial although a bit too salty. Very nice restaurant."
"I went to the upstairs Supper Club at 12/30 for a work Christmas party. Had never been before. We were thrilled. I had the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Our server, Dillon, was the best ever. My wife is a vegan and has strict requests and they knocked it out of the park. Our whole group was happy, we had a fantastic time. Can’t wait to go back."
"This place is 10/10! You have to go! We almost skipped but so glad we didn’t - only regret was not going earlier in the evening so we could enjoy the music longer. The atmosphere was swanky. The service wears coats and ties. Appropriate for the setting. It was nice to dress up for dinner after a day on Broadway. You walk upstairs and you truly escape reality of where you are. I felt like we took a trip back in time where the music and vibes hit differently. We were a party of 5 and had cocktails and meals and 4 of us had the filet and one had the fish. We shared several sides. The filet was so good like literally melted in my mouth. Didn’t even have to cut it if just was absolutely perfect. Will be back even if I have to jump on a plane for one day to enjoy this spot"
"Went and ate here for New Years Eve Eve. Yes, we ate at the 12/30 on 12/30. Had the chicken fried chicken, salmon plate, Tennessee lemon pie, and several cocktails. We stayed in their "honky tonk" section on the first floor. Prices were spot on for Nashville as everything is pretty expensive here. The food I had was phenomenal!!! Two thumbs up! Cocktails were delicious! Oh my... that Tennessee lemon pie... Lord have mercy... Service was SPECTACULAR. Our gal really knew her stuff. Made great recommendations, extremely friendly, and went the extra mile. I also observed that all the staff help each other deliver and clear. Really a smooth operation and the house was PACKED. We'd go back in a second."
"This is a review of Honky Tonk. TLDR; too loud, rude hostess, decent food Ambiance (3/5): The live music is of course wonderful but it is SO SO loud. I could not even hear the person across from me and our table was one of the farthest away from the band. The lighting is dark. Service (2/5): We waited around 40 minutes past our reservation time. The hostess was rude to us when we checked in but seemed to have mistaken us for another party. Otherwise, our actual server was very polite and our food came out all at once. Brussel Sprouts (4/5) – these were nicely charred and delicious Crispy Baby Artichokes (4/5) – came with a creamy aioli dip that complimented the fried artichokes Lebanese Hummus (3/5) – thought this was skippable Truffle fries (5/5): The flavor tones were subtle, and the skinny fries provided a crunchy exterior. Guacamole & Pimento Cheese (3/5) – delicious guac and like the variety of the dipping vessels Spaghetti Bolognese (5/5) – this was delicious! The sauce was very flavorful and love the meatiness (portion) of the dish. Classic Steak Frites (3/5) – For an upcharge, I asked for the fries to be replaced with truffle fries (well done). However, the fries were not prepared as such—was exactly the same preparation as the shared table version. The cuts of steak were extremely chewy despite being cooked to a medium-rare (which it looked to be), perhaps just a lower quality cut of meat?"
