Denis and his team make a clear, intentional effort in every detail—from drink and pastry quality to the environment, décor, and marketing—to create a space that is both delicious and deeply welcoming. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back, excited to try each new seasonal addition to the menu. From the moment you walk in and are warmly greeted, it’s obvious that thought and care have gone into every aspect of the experience. The space is bright and calming, the menu is simple and easy to read, and despite being cozy, the seating is maximized without feeling cramped. Their marketing deserves all the awards. I always feel informed about current offerings, specials, hours, unexpected closures, and new merchandise. Once, I even left my work ID behind, and they went out of their way to contact me through Instagram to make sure it made its way back to me—above and beyond. As a former barista, I can’t say enough good things about the coffee itself. The syrups are made in-house—need I say more? They're always able to accommodate any weird or overly detailed requests I might make.
