"I eat weekend brunch here atleast twice a month and the food is delicious, the front staff is always welcoming when I pick up! I don't eat egg that are runny, but their eggs are good on this particular dish! The Tres leches cake with the coffee a the milky base taste great! Overall a great experience."

"Stumbled into this little Nashville coffee spot and, buddy, it delivered. Ordered a hot coffee with cinnamon (can’t remember the fancy name, but I remember the taste), and it was flat-out excellent. Beautifully made, smelled like heaven, and tasted even better. You can tell they care about what they’re pouring. Prices were fair, not tourist-trap nonsense. Good coffee, good vibe, no attitude. If you’re in Nashville and need a proper cup that’ll make you slow down and nod in approval like an Alabama country boy, stop here. No regrets."

"What a lovely surprise to find this welcoming coffee shop with great food and great coffee in Smyrna! Due to the ice storm this week, we were displaced and stayed at motel in Smyrna for five days. Bella Vista Coffee Shop was THE bright spot in a hard week. The staff/owners were so nice, coffee was fresh and hot, and the breakfast tacos and arepas were off-the-chain delicious. It's also right off the interstate (Sam Ridley exit). Drive right by Starbucks to this awesome local spot!"

"We purchased a strawberry latte summer drink special, Loaded Tacos, Yuca Fries and two flavors of empanadas (chicken and mashed potatoes & queso). Food was very flavorful and the sauces served with each dish were unique and house-made - they really made the dishes more special. Items were made to order and served at the right temperature. Our favs were the mashed potato empanada (soooo yummy), yuca fries and the sauces! You order at the counter where they have menus in both english and Spanish and then they will bring your order to your table. You bus your own tables, so we did find the table we wanted to used had to be wiped down. This was easy to do with a napkin and wasn’t a huge deal to us. The woman who took our order was friendly and efficient. The vibe is relaxing and laid back. I loved the vibrant and interesting decor and giant wall mural! We also enjoyed and used several of the games they have available for patrons to play and read the local Smyrna book they had available where Bella Vista’s owner told the story behind her labor of love in opening the cafe and immigration to the US and making Middle Tennessee home.
