"I visited THE WHITE SHEPHERD at TOLLGATE recently and was looking forward to trying something new. As I looked over the menu, I took a bit of time to decide and added a few customizations to my order — nothing out of the ordinary, just small changes to make the drink right for me. While I was making my choices, the owner approached me and mentioned that I had been changing things around a lot. I understand that things can get busy, but as a customer, I believe it’s fairly normal to want to personalize an order — especially with coffee. The space itself is nice and the menu has some great options. I just left feeling a little uncomfortable from the interaction, which took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, this was just a one-off moment. I also wanted to mention that the young lady that took my orders was very pleasant!"

Their logo is fantastic, so cute. The grin on the White Shepard makes me smile :) The staff is incredible! So friendly, kind, every employee had a smile. Their menu has such a variety for everyone. Their coffee is very tasty and their espresso tastes like what you get in the UK, 𝚈𝚄𝙼! Their food menu is equally impressive and their pastries 𝚆𝙾𝚆! I can’t wait to go back.
