"I decided to stop on my way to work and kind of regretted it. I asked the barista what sizes they offer he said “depends what you want…”. I let him know I was interested in an iced latte in which he let me know there’s only one size available for that order. I then asked how many shots come in the drink and he responded with “all drinks come with two shots.” I then ordered the iced late and added an extra shot. I requested caramel and asked if they offered liquid cane sugar in which the barista responded “well we have simple syrup but the caramel is already sweet by itself.” At this point I’m already slightly agitated with the baristas snarky responses so I told him no thank you and I still wanted the simple syrup despite him telling me differently. At this point I pay for my coffee which costed $10. I received my coffee and it tasted burnt. It had an extremely bitter after taste and was not the expectation because of the high price. Would not go back, will most likely be going for a refund and to return my drink."
