"Why does it take 30+min to get a simple coffee? Im also not a fan of how the employees hand you the card reader and tell you to hold on to it while they make your drink. Some one could easily set up some kind of skimmer on the card reader, or simply just steal it?"

"Went here for the first time and had their signature drink Trail Mix. I expected their “signature drink was a safe choice but it was really gross. It had a strong fake flavoring taste to it. I was going to go back and have them make me something else but logic told me that if their signature drink was that bad then everything else I would get would be equally bad if not worse. My honest experience."

"hours are ridiculous but that’s not why i’m leaving a low review. before they were statesman (and was called big country) they had the best coffee for the best prices in town. now the $4 small coffee went to $8. for a small coffee. they also randomly changed their reward system, so i lost about 3 free drinks worth of points. it’s really disappointing since they used to be so many people’s favorites but the quality has just declined for the price"
