What People Are Saying
from Google"The place's decor looks a little beaten up, but it has a decent vibe. While we were there, a lot of customers came in. We were able to get seats, but it got pretty busy quickly. Since it's in an outdoor mall, it feels like there's a lot of foot traffic rather than people settling inside. They have nice drinks and some pastries, and the staff is very helpful."
"Grabbed a tiramisu latte at Latte Factory and it honestly hit the spot. Really smooth, not too sweet—just a solid cozy drink. The place has a relaxed vibe, super friendly folks, and it’s perfect for just hanging out. I’ll definitely be back."
"Basic coffee shop with variety of drinks & bites. The coffee was a bit underwhelming but the service was great."
"We absolutely love this coffee shop. We happened to see an ad and thought we should try it. The price for the size of the coffee is phenomenal compared to all other coffee shops. We bought 2 iced coffees, 1 hot coffee, and a matcha, regular size is a large in all other coffee shops. The price for all 4 was less than $30. The atmosphere is amazing with a great vibe, I could just sit here sipping on my coffee for hours. The location in the outlet mall is also amazing. I think I found my new favorite coffee shop."
"Hadn’t been out to outlet in quite sometime , glad to see different place instead of Starbucks . Was a little pricey they are proud of their signature croissants and coffee for sure 17.0 for both . While coffee and croissant were ok — service was subpar clearly the two behind the counter didn’t want to be there . I asked the girl behind the counter which latte was her favorite she responded with I don’t like lattes ha!! The croissant was a Costco croissant drizzled with caramel and topped w biscoff looked better than how it tasted for sure . The counter was dirty and not stocked - tables were gross and there were no napkins. I didn’t bother to ask as both the young man and girl were more interested in sitting on their phones then serving customers . I tipped accordingly because I feel if it’s that miserable of a job maybe a little incentive would help take care of the next customer a little better because today it was atrocious !"
