"Let me first start off by saying I used to come here everyday. Literally every day. Then ownership changed hands. Before this I went so much I had over 30 free drinks off their points program. Needless to say I spent money here. Fast forward and now the cups are smaller, prices are more, AND HERES THE KICKER: going through chemo you can’t have ice, it hurts. Imagine the shock when you ask for no ice on a $6-$7 drink and they tell you they have to charge you more. THATS RIGHT!! After spending thousands over a couple years of downright devotion to a place, they charge more for no ice. They can close this one down again. It closed a month after I quit going, now I will NEVER give them another chance. Coffee isn’t medium roast anymore, people who are there act like they don’t want to be. You had your chance, charging more for something that you make a 760% profit on to begin with is asinine."
