"Customer service: 2/5 Taste of coffee: 3/5 Price for quality and quantity: 3/5 It did have soft top but it mixed into the rest of the drink since I had to shake it, it was lukewarm at the bottom. Quickly realized how much soft top took away from the drink. Person at the window seemed annoyed, not at me but definitely seemed some came off towards me. Their conversation behind the window didn’t seem professional and would recommend shutting the window between customers or having that conversation outside of work. First time to get coffee from here and willing to try one more time to see if this is a consistent experience."

"Driving through and stopped here for some coffee. It was nice they had 2 drive thru windows and they had a window you could walk up to. I was even more impressed about the female running both windows, making drinks, and helping a repair guy understand a specific machine. I was able to watch her make our drinks and they are amazing! Also. She made a pup cup for our girl!! Sad this place isn't up North, but loved trying it while i was South."

"Service was really great but the coffee unfortunately was not. It was very watered down and took a lot of the flavor profile out. The tea was the same, but luckily I do like my tea a little watered down - most people probably don’t though."

"I absolutely love Cliffside and have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years! It’s always been one of my favorite spots. Lately though, I’ve noticed that my iced drinks haven’t been as cold as they used to be. Maybe not quite enough ice or the cups might be a bit too small for the amount of ice needed in the infusions. Just wanted to share some feedback because I really do love this place!"

"Very sad to hear to junior frosts are being discontinued. My daughter and I loved getting drinks here. I went ahead and got her the medium today, but this will probably, sadly be our last trip here!"
