I always order from it. Well, that's where the problems lies. I get the "sugar free" turtle drink. I make the order, cash register is usually confused about how to put it in but today it was worse. I learned that their sugar free turtle frap (whatever it's called) has chocolate milk. Ok, WHY would you put chocolate milk in a "sugar free" drink. Fortunately, I'm not diabetic but if I was, that would be really bad. So who made this sugar free menu and why is it such a problem to put it in the system? Was it management? I can't be mad at the people there though. They have always been super friendly and I feel bad for them because they had to make my drink 3 times. Second time, I even saw them add whip cream to it and chocolate syrup and then swipe it off completely forgetting the sugar free part, no biggie because I'm just trying to go low carb and sugar free but I'm not diabetic but what if I was? Guys, please fix your sugar free menu and make sure to make it's COMPLETELY sugar free. It's false advertisement and also very harmful for some people to still add sugar or sugar containing ingredients to a drink that's supposed to be sugar free. If your turtle drink has chocolate milk, STOP and ask the person what their preference is (milk, 3%, heavy whip, etc). The last gentleman that fixed it [he did perfect handling the situation by the way], I feel bad and I apologize for making him nervous, but it's so frustrating as a customer that's asked everytime for a drink off a menu that's for the coffee shop. I didn't make the drink up, it's on your sugar free menu. Management: please review all your drinks and assure staff has proper training on the sugar free menu. Review all the drinks on that menu and remove the ones that have sugar or train them on alternatives. Thank you. Your staff is great but this sugar free menu needs to be looked at. I seriously never had so many problems in any other coffee shop with my sugar free drinks."
"First time coming here and it did not disappoint! Love that they have a drive thru that’s easy to follow and makes it very convenient. The staff were friendly with great customer service. I’m a pumpkin person so I had to get the iced pumpkin pie latte. The drink was rich in flavor, smooth, and I honestly enjoyed every sip. I love that you can actually taste the pumpkin flavor. Hubby got the iced fireside latte and enjoyed it! My big puppers even got the pupcups (had a little treat) and they devoured them. The prices to me are affordable. "Tried some coffee from here to get something different other than Dutch Bros and Starbucks and weren’t disappointed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with the coffees they offered. My wife was impressed with her coffee being made with almond milk and still tasting good. My coffee had espresso and didn’t taste bitter which is normal for most places. I would definitely get coffee from here again to get something other than Dutch Bros and Starbucks."
"The coffee I ordered was pretty good but way too expensive. A 24-oz coffee on ice with cream cost me $5.95. The same thing at 7Brew for a 30-oz large is $3.75. Maybe it's just the brick and motor for indoor seating, but I still still say 7Brew rocks! Ziggi's not so much."
"I have been a loyal Ziggi's patron for several years now and today's visit was a disappointment. I ordered my usual non-espresso drink but asked for it to be iced. The person from corporate taking my order and working the drive thru window charged me extra for the flavors in my drink ($0.75 each, even though it was one of their specialty drinks) as well as extra for the ice. I watched the corporate person make my drink but she did not add any ice to the cup. So I potentially was charged for something I didn't receive and was told that they ALWAYS charge extra for the flavor, even if it's one of their own specialty drinks. So my iced drink with no espresso was over $6. I think I'll have to find a new coffee shop if corporate is going to make their locations outside of Colorado nickel and dime their customers."
