Have tasted 603 coffees and purchased coffee from 75 roasteries. 7 of the 75 roasteries have had 'all excellent' coffees. Forest Flame is 1 of the top 7. Among the '7' there are roasters who've been roasting for 8, 12, 25, 30, 30, and 40 years respectively. Yes, high quality beans help but to have all excellent coffees doesn't happen by accident, it only happens as a result of a very talented coffee roaster - congrats!"
