The croffles were yummy and the space was big enough for my family to hang out without feeling like we were bothering the other customers who were hanging out on their laptops. We will be back!"

I did want to make one suggestion- please let us old timers know that there is what I call “sword fish candy” at the bottom and we can decide if we want it and how much. "Assam milk tea had a good flavor and sweetness with some bitterness from the tea flavor. Boba was sweet and really chewy, very good. Boba was not hard as rocks lol. Tried the Royal 9 milk tea and it was more bitter than sweet. Boba was stiffer than I remember last time. 1/2025 Ordered a drink with regular 0.70 boba vs 0.95 brown sugar boba — the brown sugar boba was stiff, but the regular boba was chewy. I had the alley before overseas and they just poured milk and boba so I was scared, but I liked this location and the particular milk tea."
