"I love getting the ice cream rolls but I can not ever forget when I got a Reese's Peanut Butter ice cream roll and it had a long blond strand of hair stuck in between the rolls 😖 luckily it was sunny outside and the sunlight made the hair shine and I was able to see it before it was in my mouth! Due to that I rarely go, but I did go with mom to give it another try. When we walked in we weren’t greeted, but when the people behind us walked in they were greeted. Try not to think much of it, but my mom and I were happy with our ice cream rolls that day. I really do hope they incorporate their workers to wear clear mouth shield mask and hair nets/hair cleanly tied up."

"My husband and I were absolutely thrilled when we went! He couldn't believe all the flavors and toppings we got to play with and ended up being a kids in a candy store! The environment was clean and organized beautifully. The lady's didn't seem like they were having as great of time as we were and that's okay. I understand that we all have less energized days. The experience was worth it and we can't wait to go back!!"

"I don’t presume to think I’m some ice cream expert but I have enjoyed rolled ice cream many times at this place. This particular experience was disappointing. I feel that the employee that made my order either was not trained properly or fundamentally misunderstood the order. The consistency was off, too watery. And the taste was the most disappointing part of my experience, aside from the cupcake on top. I say this not to hurt your business, but in the hopes you provide your employees with the best possible training and understanding of the product so that future consumers do not experience what I experienced here."
