"In the kindness way, the customer service greatly lacks care for customers. The cashier was very rude to the customer in front of me. As I stepped to the counter, I ask a question regarding the pastry and her response was simply rude. I did get a coffee and it was average. For a hotel that promotes a welcoming vibe and projects elegance, this cashier delivered the opposite."

"Tucked inside The LINE Hotel, Alfred Coffee feels like a little pocket of calm in the middle of downtown buzz. The vibes are modern yet warm—perfect for a slow morning or a midday pick-me-up. The seating area is stylish and comfy, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. During the winter, I sometimes stop here after a run on the trails—especially on cold days—since The LINE has cozy fireplaces and inviting lounge areas. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just passing through, it’s definitely worth a stop."

"We stayed at the Line and was happy to have a coffee shop available onsite. However, like many of the reviews here, we sadly had the same experience. Mediocre coffee, and poor service. The coffee was lukewarm, and when we asked to exchange it for fresh brewed, the server responded rudely, and we had to insist. The hotel is pretty comfortable and there are seats by a fireplace nearby, but you're also close to the front desks and have people coming in/out by an elevator too."
