"The best ice coffee I ever had. This is a low key place located inside a corner of a Ramen restaurant, but don't let appearances fool you. The quality of his coffee and the attentiveness of the owner deserved the 5 star rating. He adjusted the strength of the coffee concentrate with local spring water and gave samples until it was to my liking, then did the same with the sweetness level from his in-house vanilla creamer. He also freezes the coffee to use as the ice cubes so the drink doesn't get watered down. Will definitely come back when I am back in Austin."

The owner is so knowledgeable and took the time to customize the strength of each persons drink and let us taste test before he made the drinks. "Evan personalized my drink perfectly. He let me test the amount of cold brew I could handle before adding the milk to make the perfect ratio for myself. And he freezes cold brew so as your drink melts .. it just gets tastier. And the owner is super cool and loves his craft. Which just makes the experience better. Can’t recommend this place enough. I’d go before 11am while he’s there for the best experience but the Michi ramen staff also serves his drinks"
