"This review is from last November (1 year ago) but I came here with my family (2 young kids) and the service was fine, the kids love that there is a playground, and the food is decent. I ordered the Southwest burger and it had good flavor. I wouldn't say this place is exceptional but it's good enough for 5 stars!"

"Like most burger joints they had burgers and chicken sandwiches. My chicken was really good and the sweet potato fries were excellent. The chicken was grilled perfectly and everything went well with the sandwich including the bacon and avocado I added! The young man behind the register was awesome!"

"If this was Drew Gressett’s vision he probably needs glasses. I came after work craving a burger because my usual spot doesn’t serve them during brunch or after 4. Maybe that’s on me for expecting the best from a burger place, but honestly I’ve had better quality food at downtown Austin’s Burger Bar for the same price. If you want good sauce I will say they do have incredible sauce here. The pepper sauce, the Hat sauce, was actually amazing and it helped cover up how dry, tough and cold the chicken sandwich was. The service was great, but the food was just sad and definitely not worth the price. The food tasted like it came straight off a Cisco truck. I still finished it but I did not walk out feeling fulfilled like their whole motto suggests. Probably won’t come back."
