"Rating: 4.6/5 Later Gator Coffee is a cute pink truck located at the Lawn. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find no line. I ordered one of their summer specials—the Meringue Gator ($7) with oat milk (+$0.75). It's a coconut and white chocolate matcha topped with meringue cold foam and toasted coconut flakes. I expected it to be super sweet and heavy, but it was actually perfectly balanced. All the flavors blended beautifully, making it feel like a refreshing treat rather than a dessert overload. I’m definitely coming back to try more of their drinks!"
