"Absolutely some of the best coffee we've ever been lucky enough to drink. Our techs would stop living off Bang!'s and Rockstar's if they sold Medici Coffee in Circle K. Great staff, super clean location too. We've seen behind the curtain and still frequent the business, which should tell you everything you need to know. Some places, we see what happens in their kitchens, and boy oh boy do we avoid them like the plague. I would bet money the floors at Medici are cleaner than the tables at a lot of their competitors. Top notch place, 12/10."

"Stopped by to pick up beans to pull an espresso and not happy with what I got for the proint. Maybe I picked a blend not specifically mixed for espresso but the acidity was through the roof, an unpalatable amount. Better tasting notes, suggested brewing methods on packaging would be highly appreciated."

"Got a chance to try Cafe Medici. There's a parking lot in the complex with free parking so it was super easy to get there. I ordered a scone and a single origin coffee. This is definitely a quiet, study place inside and kid friendly outside. Not sure if it's an unspoken rule but all the customers just ended up separating that way haha. I didn't get a chance to try the single origin coffee. The poor bsrista had a whole gallon of coffee spill in the back and burned his hand!! I hope he's OK. He ended up giving me a regular drip and a coffee token instead, it was so sweet he was so concerned to still deliver a great experience when his hand was bright red. I didnt catch his name but thank you again, the coffee was delicious and hope you're ok!"
