"This is one of my most happiest places in the whole world! The workers here are the most friendly and kind people, the coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. I cannot recommend Monkey Nest enough. You will be so happy you came and will immediately feel like a part of the Monkey Nest family. I highly recommend their Iced Caramel Macchiato, Nutella Banana Bread, and Bacon Avocado Croissant (but you can't go wrong with anything!) Again, this is such a special place and you won't regret coming here!"

"There was a random coffee shop in North Austin far away from the rest of our tourist things that has the most exquisite liquid blended espresso chocolate or vanilla shake. This thing is blended for so long, it is a perfect liquid with zero ice pieces that you can drink with a tiny straw. Packed with bold espresso and thick chocolate ice cream, it is the best drink for a drive back to Houston. No one blends like this. Why don't we have this in Houston :( alas."

"Today we stopped in and had a cup of coffee and some deli food. We had the Honduras coffee , hummus avo toast and the green goddess sandwich. It was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. The people there are just wonderful and welcoming. We love this place."

"The coffee and beverages here are great. I want to love their food but I can't. I've had their spinach quiche a couple of times and the quiche itself seemed ok, but what turned me off was the way it smelled. It smelled like some kind of cleaning product and leached into the food taste experience. Happend with some breakfast tacos i've ordered as well. I love spinach quiche too in general and I really want to love/like their, but I cannot :( I'm scared to try other foods to get the same experience. But drinks are great!"

"Great spot to cozy up w a friend or book. Seemed like great community hang out. I enjoyed a hummus bento and the scones (cinnamon and chocolate chip) were delicious. I had an iced horchata, which was a little sweet for my liking- but I’ll definitely stop by here again."
