"This is a lovely stop along Aldrich Street for vegans and non-vegans interested in a fancy, tasty meal. The cheeses that you can bring home are perfection, orders of magnitude better than any vegan cheese that you might find at a grocery store. I was interviewed there and got a free meal, but the normal prices can be a bit intimidating. Regardless of the cost, it is worth it. The sandwiches are chef’s kiss, and there is enough food in one order to satisfy your appetite. There are plenty of locally-owned vegan snacks available in the store, from vegan bacon to scrumptious vegan potato chips. The restrooms are maintained well and I am fond of both the convenience and the humorous paintings on the bathroom walls. The staff are very kind and friendly. The dessert options are world-class, and honestly, I’d be willing to try anything on the menu and be delightfully satisfied. Amazing place."

"Omg vegan cheese is amazing! My best friend is a vegetarian and has been telling me about this cute cheese shop in Mueller and how much I’d love it and won’t miss eating real cheese every once in a a while. She was right. We split two different sandwiches, the Italian pesto turkey and hot chicken pimento and wow wow wow! I’m so full and didn’t once miss meat or the fact I’m eating cheese made out of nuts! Nuts right? Haha I’m already planning my next trip back for lunch to try another vegan sandwich!"

"If I could give this place 10 stars here I would. The staff was friendly and courteous. The establishment is nestled in a cute little neighborhood. The atmosphere is cozy with beautiful jazz music wafting in the background. And the food is delectable. I ordered their BLT with a side of pesto pasta and a glass of Pinot Grigio, chefs kiss. Everywhere I travel around the country I make it a point to try the area's best vegan eatery and rebel cheese did not disappoint I pray this business has continued success!!"
